Dr. Saravanan completed his MBBS and MD from M S Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore, after which he worked as a Physician in several leading corporate hospitals in the city at various levels. During his practice, he developed a special interest in treating patients with neurological problems. In pursuit of this, he completed his DM in Neurology from one of the oldest institutions in the country, the Government Stanley Medical College in Chennai.
Over the years, Dr. Saravanan has accumulated expertise and experience in the management of various neurological conditions such as epilepsy, headache, stroke, nerve and muscle disorders, backache and various pain syndromes.
He has a special interest in the management of movement disorders such as Parkinson’s disease, dystonia etc., along with neuro-immunological disorders like Multiple Sclerosis, neuromyelitis optica, NMOSD, autoimmune encephalitis and other immune-related neurological conditions.
